WELCOME TO THERON MINISTRIES!
Armin Theron grew up in church, but for years the message never made sense to him. He couldn’t reconcile why a holy God who hates sin would die for a sinner. That question remained unanswered until the night everything changed.
At 18 years old, after years away from church, Armin attended a service where a young preacher shared his testimony of addiction, partying, and deliverance. Armin sat in the congregation mocking the message in his mind — until God spoke to him with unmistakable clarity: “I will change you just like I changed this man, and I will send you all around the world to preach My gospel.”
That night, Armin gave his life to Jesus Christ. He was set free from drugs, pornography, alcohol, and anger, and began to understand that eternal life is not simply a prayer prayed once, but a relationship — knowing God, and being transformed by that relationship into who he was created to be.
From that moment, Armin knew he was called to ministry. As his relationship with God deepened, he developed a strong passion for healing the sick and creating environments where people could encounter the Holy Spirit. This calling gave rise to Revival Nights — gatherings marked by worship, the tangible presence of God, and testimonies of healing and freedom.
Armin met his wife, Crisjane, in church. Her own journey to Christ came through her own pursuit of God — after watching a friend reading the Bible, she began asking questions and seeking Him for herself, sensing that her life needed to change. She was later discipled by an older woman who held strong reservations about the gifts of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues, and Crisjane was taught to be cautious of them. When she first came to CRC, she assumed the people around her were spiritually troubled — until she had her own encounter with the Holy Spirit, received the gift of tongues, and the Holy Spirit became, in her words, her closest friend.
Crisjane went on to complete missionary training through REACH with OM (Operation Mobilisation), which equipped her with both a heart for the lost and the heart of a shepherd. She carries a deep conviction for discipleship and the growth of believers, and a genuine desire to see people step into their full potential as Christians and as leaders. She leads the teams under the ministry with the same heart, making her not only Armin’s wife but a vital and gifted leader in her own right.
Shortly before Armin proposed, he met a prophet — a man with real fruit and a proven track record of hearing from God — who told him that his ministry assignment would open up and flourish once he was married. That word has proven true. Today, Armin and Crisjane minister side by side, both fully called to the same work and fully devoted to seeing lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

OUR MINISTRY PHILOSOPHY
Our ministry philosophy is that evangelists are called to serve the local church, not operate independently of her. We believe in unity, submission, and teamwork. One of the roles of the evangelist is to reach the lost with the gospel and help bring them into the life of the local church, where they can grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.
For this reason, we partner closely with local churches and church leaders wherever we minister. Our desire is not simply to hold large gatherings, but to see lasting fruit as people come to salvation and are connected to healthy local churches in their communities.
Wherever we go, whether locally or across nations, we aim to support, honor, and work alongside local church leaders, building one strong, united front to see lives transformed.
